Database Usage Analysis:  Databases can be used in so many applications. The uses are only limited by the amount of imagination used. The subject material can be quite broad. Some examples of usage might assist you in identifying parallel functions within your organization. A database can be used to track your customers, for the purpose of creating and printing your own direct mail brochures. The database can be used to create a project quoting system to improve the accuracy of your project quotations. The database can be used to track business tooling from location, cost, sources, etc. The database can be used to create a greenhouse nutrient study tool to blend various fertilizers together proportionately for the needs of a specific crop. Background Calculations:  Many calculations are performed often in the business. These calculations may be simple or may be pages in length. Capabilities
Our capabilities are entrenched in the use of Access databases with background programming in Visual Basic. Your needs, and those enhancements that we may see, can provide your company with a professional product to incorporate into your business.

Visual Basic: Tools created with Visual Basic may be simple or complex. We can use VB to create small algorithms requiring small amounts of storage but many embedded functions.

Access: Although it is a database tool, Access allows Visual Basic procedures. This is the best of both worlds with the ease Access's data storage and data queries, and data manipulation using programming functions embedded within. Most projects will take this form.

Algorithm Creation: Sometimes the business does not have a formal model of their subject of interest. They may have no idea of the relationships involved in a function within their business. Engineering training is used by Mountain Breeze to create modeling profiles for your business allowing the model automation for your use.

Product Development
Product Development can cover a large territory. Many of the performance areas can be handled by Mountain Breeze Technologies. Our development experience includes software, furniture components, electrical panels, construction equipment, office machines, and greenhouses. In addition, we have significant manufacturing engineering and product costing experience.

Capabilities
Our capabilities are intentionally broad. The combination of formal education in engineering, business experience for multiple companies, personal business ownership, and computer skills creates a diverse skills set to draw upon.

Design: We design with Autocad and Mechanical Desktop. We can do layout work or detail jobs. We can develop the calculations necessary to design your product. With our database expertise, we can integrate the calculations to optimize your design for various conditions or environments. We have worked on projects with UL and have designed to their criteria.

Manufacturing Experience: We have manufacturing experience with many commodities: injection molded plastics, stampings, screw machined parts, springs, rubber molding (compression, injection, and transfer), specialized machining centers, powder metal, extrusions, etc. We can source the tooling for you. No project is too small.

Research
Research involves activities in many areas.  Each project has its own detailed criteria to assimilate and manage.  Although new product development is very much research oriented, Mountain Breeze Technologies has been involved in other research beyond that area.  We have performed research in many areas outside of engineering: 

1. Researched and developed new businesses from our business plan.
2. Developed and implemented a research proposal for studies of native plants.
3. Researched and created an Asthma Researcher software product that models the reaction of various cellular components during asthma episodes.
4. Analyzed a heavy equipment application for a shipyard prime mover replacement project.
